		<description>The other day when I was race walking and waiting for the walk light to change, I was standing next to an overweight man walking his dog.  He said, "Keep up the good work."  I said, "Thank you.  You're welcome to join me anytime."  He said, "Thanks, but, no, I have an excuse today."

I was very surprised.  The first words out of his mouth were, I have an excuse today?  What's up with that?!?!?!?!?

		<description>Thank you for your comment. There are many people that know they can achieve more with their lives, but don't seem to be able to make it happen. The most important initial step for them is to accept  thats the way it's been for them up to now, and now is the time for them to set the goal to move their lives forward. All they need to realise is that there are psychological and unconscious limitations that are holding them back. In side every person there are subconscious thoughts that can sabotage them and hold them back from getting what they truly want. Limiting beliefs that we may have adopted over our years of development often lay as the root to these subconscious sabotaging thoughts. With regards to our subconscious taking control by throwing excuses out, for now, my simplest suggestion, which i will build on through the blog, is this ... once you have set your goals, you know what you want, you know why you want it, you then put a plan into place, and take massive action, from then on, if doing something would contribute to following through on these goals, if it will serve others in a positive way, as well as yourself, just remember these words: 'I CAN, I WILL, I MUST'.
